I have found these to be a great way to support my body when it needs minerals. you use such a  tiny amount a 1 gram vial lasts a long time. 

I have found these to be alot of fun. I play with them  when I feel figgity. I put them in plants to help them grow better. I use them in my water to help my body translate the sunlight. so many possibilities. Some people experience the feeling of being energized when they hold them.
